What a fantastic day on Romancing the Wind! Everyone on the crew went above and beyond to make everything right for us & we had a truly epic day on the ocean on this wonderful boat. Jim and Bernice were great getting us booked and working with us, & our crew of Captain Cory, James & Allison were the best. An absolutely phenomenal way to spend the day with family on the beautiful San Diego Bay!

Romancing the Winds is the choice for chartering a boat to enjoy the beautiful San Diego harbor. My family and I gathered to spread my father's ashes. Jim, the rest of the crew, and Bernice were excellent. Professional and accommodating they ensured this special event went flawlessly. Two of the family members have limited mobility, and have issues with stairs. Jim and the crew got them out of the wheelchairs, and onboard with no problems. The large vessel had comfortable seating for folks in their seventies and younger. Plenty of room for the nineteen attendees. Finally, the team are excellent communicators. From the booking to returning to dock I felt informed and taken care of. We were racing against a storm, and the FUNeral speeches were going a bit long. Jim politely came up to me, whispered "fifteen minutes until the rain starts", and allowed me to direct the family to wrap it up. This small detail meant the world during this difficult time, and ensured we got back safe. You won't be disappointed when booking Romancing the Wind.
Captain Dan took us in an amazing boat ride to see the sunset in the bay! He was super smooth and patient!!!! His boat was very comfy and clean! Let’s do it again!!!!!
Romancing the Wind provided exceptional service for our nonprofit's event on Veteran's Day. Captain Jim Manos and his team are top notch professionals and communicated through the lead-up to our event. On event day, they went above and beyond with excellent day-of communications, helping our guests, offering warm blankets and beverages on board, ensuring everyone's safety, and then providing a beautiful sunset sail. Thank you, Captain Jim and team!

We enjoyed our boat cruse with Sailing RTW. Jim, Bernice, and Dustin were great hosts for our group of 29. The boat was in great condition and the route chosen by our crew had a lot of wonderful San Diego sights to see. We would definitely recommend Sailing RTW to anyone looking to have an amazing boat trip during their time in San Diego! We can't wait to come back and book another trip with them soon!
